"C Shot DC" is a premixed product that combines a special admixture with excellent chemical resistance, fine aggregates with excellent chemical resistance, and admixtures that have been pre-adjusted in formulation. It is a sectional repair mortar that can be used for repair work on structures of various facilities that use sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, and it does not contain polymer components. (It contains 4000-grade blast furnace slag fine powder as specified in JIS A6206.) This product is primarily formulated using by-products from steel mills. 【Features】 ■ Excellent chemical resistance (to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid) and maintains significantly stable strength compared to ordinary mortar. ■ Significantly slows down the carbonation rate compared to ordinary mortar. ■ Mortar applied by dry spraying has a very low water-to-cement ratio, ensuring high quality. ■ Capable of long-distance pumping of 100m to 200m. ■ Allows for a thickness of approximately 150mm (on vertical surfaces) in a single spray application. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
